Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to handle phone-based customer support, data entry, and follow-up communication via text and email. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service (Phone Support):
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, or issue resolution.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping:
• Accurately input and update customer information in the system.
• Track communication history and ensure all details are properly logged.
• Communication & Follow-Ups:
• Send texts and emails to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or provide updates.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Skills:
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or CRM software.
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
