Executive Assistant - Integrator

About the Role

Our client is in the hard money lending industry. An integrator is typically a key player who brings together various components of a deal, ensuring smooth coordination between lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders. Their role is to streamline the lending process, making it more efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates Communication – Acts as the bridge between borrowers, private lenders, underwriters, and real estate professionals. 
• Manages Processes – Oversees the entire lending workflow, from loan origination to closing, ensuring compliance and efficiency. 
• Optimizes Deal Flow – Helps structure deals to ensure they meet lender requirements while being attractive to borrowers. 
• Technology & Systems Implementation – May integrate software or CRM tools to automate and track loan applications, payments, and underwriting. 
• Risk Management & Compliance – Ensures that the lending process follows regulatory and legal requirements. 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with experience in operations or project management.
• Skills:
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and effective interactions.
• Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
