About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and action-oriented Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This full-time role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, generate fresh marketing ideas, and implement campaigns that drive visibility, community engagement, and attendance at public events.
The ideal candidate will be both a strategic planner and a hands-on executor, with a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and multi-channel promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and set marketing direction.
Social Media Marketing:
- Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Build brand awareness and encourage audience growth and interaction.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and sales.
- Oversee content planning for newsletters, promotional emails, and announcements.
- Coordinate campaigns around public events to boost visibility and turnout.
Community Engagement:
- Promote participation and increase public attendance at events.
- Work with local partners and stakeholders to expand community reach.
Brand Visibility & Implementation:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and design across all platforms.
- Track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and recommend adjustments for improved ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and new ideas.
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaign design.
- Ability to take initiative and drive implementation with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in event promotion or community-based marketing is a strong plus.
