About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Real Estate Executive Assistant - Outreach to join the team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and ownership research. The ideal candidate has an excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn. You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base and connecting with potential investors and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to follow up with existing clients and reach out to new prospects. Leave professional and engaging voicemails when necessary.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Identify and connect with potential agents and investors through LinkedIn to expand the firm’s network.
- Ownership Research: Research property ownership details to identify potential leads and investment opportunities (training will be provided).
- Client Communication: Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with the firm’s offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, lead progress, and results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
