About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent English communication skills to conduct cold outreach, set up appointments, and send follow-up emails to potential clients. You will be working with B2B and B2C leads, utilizing tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo to identify prospects and drive conversions. This is a results-driven role with commission incentives for every closed deal. If you have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a proactive approach to sales, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Outreach:
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our services and schedule sales appointments.
- Handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to increase conversion rates.
- Email Outreach & Follow-Ups:
- Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects after calls.
- Manage responses and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Create and send cold email drip campaigns & email sequences using SmartLead
- CRM & Tools Management:
- Utilize ListKit (similar to:Apollo and ZoomInfo) to research and qualify leads.
- Track and document all outreach activities, ensuring data accuracy.
- Setup of new CRM specifically for outbound strategy.
- Performance & Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
- Book meetings daily with marketing strategists
- Earn commission on every closed deal resulting from your appointments.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English Speaker (Required) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with digital agencies and services (SEO, digital marketing, web design/development, reputation management, etc.)
- Ability to handle objections and engage in sales conversations confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Experience using ListKit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is advantageous.
- Experience with Email Service Provider SmartLead (or similar)
