Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimise the company's website and content for improved search engine rankings.
- Create compelling content for email marketing, blogs, and social media platforms to engage our audience effectively.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to create synergistic marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate funds for maximum ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance and derive insights.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimisation techniques.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing and innovating new marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus but not essential.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop are essential for remote work.
