Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with setting up and configuring devices and software applications.
- Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve service delivery.
- Provide support for updates and installations of software and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
