Remote Recruitment is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive website traffic. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyse performance to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across social channels professionally and promptly.
- Analyse social media metrics and create reports on performance and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
- Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
