About the Role:

A fast-growing, global music and creative collective is seeking a Tour Operations Coordinator to support upcoming international tours. The team operates across multiple countries, with a focus on hip hop and pop genres, and has built a strong track record with brand partnerships, streaming success, and live performances.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, musically literate, highly organized, and thrives in a creative, fast-moving, and non-corporate environment. You’ll manage all aspects of tour logistics while collaborating closely with artists, managers, and international contacts.

• Tour Booking & Routing: Coordinate with local agents and contacts to plan and secure tour dates.
• Venue & Local Liaison Management: Communicate with international venues and promoters.
• Itinerary Management: Build detailed schedules (travel, accommodation, soundchecks, media).
• Travel Coordination: Handle bookings, visas, and ground transportation.
• Budget Oversight: Track and manage tour budgets.
• Problem Solving: Provide real-time solutions when issues arise.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2–5 years in tour coordination, booking, or live music production. International experience preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the music industry—especially hip hop and pop.
• Communication: Comfortable reaching out, negotiating, and working with different cultures.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple logistics with precision.
• Personality Fit: Relaxed and professional—someone who gets things done without being too formal.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and PM tools.

Location: Remote SOUTH AFRICA (with potential travel opportunities)
Start Date: July 2025
Salary: R40,000pm
