Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in paid media across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They design targeted ad strategies, manage tracking, create compelling content, optimize eCommerce feeds, and provide data-driven performance reports.


About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in digital marketing to mentor and manage our team in Guadalajara. This role requires a hands-on leader who can train junior team members, provide strategic guidance, and support client accounts while working alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee and support paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Work on client accounts, ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Foster collaboration between the Mexico team and the U.S. leadership team.
• Ensure that marketing strategies meet performance objectives and client expectations.

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media.
• Leadership experience, mentoring junior team members.
• Deep understanding of media buying, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara.

• Salary: $2,000 USD/month
