Commercial Loan Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join our team at Remote VA. In this role, you will be responsible for processing commercial loan applications and managing loan files from submission to closing. Your expertise will ensure that all documents are handled efficiently and accurately, enabling a smooth lending process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review commercial loan applications to determine completeness and accuracy of all documentation.
• Gather necessary information from clients and third-party vendors to process loan requests.
• Verify borrower financial information, including income, assets, and creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to address any issues and facilitate the underwriting process.
• Prepare loan documentation for closing and ensure all conditions are met prior to funding.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the loan process, providing updates and answering any questions.
• Perform final reviews of loan files to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a commercial loan processor or in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, underwriting procedures, and regulations.
• Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
