Order Entry Specialist

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist who will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely fulfillment. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing sales orders
  • Understanding unit of measure, packaging types, and pricing
  • Ability to problem solve and liaison with other departments to find solutions for customer concerns
  • Run open order reports
  • Escalate concerns to manager
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and product information
  • Proven experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • [Optional] Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.
