Job Title: Social Media Manager (Makeup Brand)

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a passion for beauty, proven sales experience, and expertise in managing social platforms to grow our client's online presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Run and optimize e-commerce campaigns on Shopify, Google Ads, and social media platforms to boost sales.
• Develop and implement influencer, UGC, and ad campaigns aligned with current beauty trends.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance sales and engagement.
• Track online store performance and manage product promotions and updates.

• Experience managing social media for e-commerce or beauty brands.
• Sales experience with a track record of driving revenue.
• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, and Google Ads.
• Strong content creation, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the makeup industry is a plus.
