Role Overview:

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Community & Partnerships Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in managing community engagement, fostering partnerships, and creating content that builds our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates eager to make an impact in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement community engagement plans, campaigns, and strategies.

• Build and maintain partnerships with existing and potential collaborators.

• Research and extract data to develop strategies for community and partnership growth.

• Create and manage engaging content across social media channels.

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

• Monitor, track, and report on community and partnership performance.

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and community-building trends.

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, marketing, and community-building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with data scraping tools (a plus but not required).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Fully remote with an option to work from the office. You decide when you would like to work from home (or anywhere in the world- upto 30 days a year if you are traveling) and when from the office.
