The eSchoolData Onboarding and Training Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new and current eSchoolData implementations. eSchoolData is a comprehensive Student Information System that requires diligent support to guarantee proper setup and effective user training. This role will involve designing detailed onboarding plans, tracking key milestones, and acting as the primary point of contact for districts throughout the implementation process. In addition to overseeing the onboarding experience, the Lead will also be responsible for delivering the professional services associated with both onboarding and implementation. Collaboration with the Data Onboarding team, Sales & Customer Success partners, and the Product team is essential to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process.

This is a long tern (12+ month) contract engagement. Candidates need to be able to travel - mostly in NY and PA. So living in one of those areas is important.
Salary Range: $40.00 / hourly
