As a Senior Insurance Recruiter at Resilience, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, and hire top-tier talent. Your focus will be on cyber insurance industry roles ensuring we bring in skilled professionals who align with our company’s mission.


Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for insurance roles (actuaries, underwriters, claims specialists, risk managers and technical and GTM)
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the insurance industry to assess candidate qualifications and provide hiring managers with valuable insights.
  • Cybersecurity Recruitment (Plus): Support hiring for cybersecurity and risk management roles (analysts, engineers, cyber risk specialists) as needed.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance our talent brand and create a strong candidate experience.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive hiring strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics and analytics to refine the recruitment process and report on hiring trends.


Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in insurance, technical, and GTM recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting roles in underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, and insurance sales.
  • Prior experience in startup recruitment is required.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience hiring for cybersecurity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).


$130,000 - $150,000 a year
Depending on experience.
