About the Role
Are you a growth-oriented leader with a passion for driving organic traffic and user engagement? You'll spearhead our strategies to increase our brand presence and reach a wider audience without relying on paid media. You will have the opportunity to shape our content marketing, SEO, lifecycle/ CRM social media, affiliates, reputation/PR and community-building efforts. All in all, everything that isn't paid acquisition through bidding on advertising platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. You will own the following areas of marketing:
- SEO
- Email Marketing / CRM / Lifecycle
- Social Media Organic / Communities (and links partially to customer service)
- Affiliates (it's paid acquisition, but supports link building, PR or influencers)
- Reputation / PR
- Analyze traffic and engagement metrics to draw insights and optimize organic channels.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns that drive organic growth.
- Tech savvy and on top of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective organic strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing organic acquisition team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 10 years of experience in digital marketing with strong experience in organic acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic growth, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the areas described above that you will own. You must know about the others, but we would like you to excel at least in one of them.
- Excellent analytical and data skill, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proven leadership experience in building and mentoring teams. Creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of user behavior and market trends.
- Experience with automation. If you are use to automate processes with no-code tools, coding (even if with AI), implement platforms or make the most of tools like Zapier or ITTT, this is a great bonus.
