• Demonstrate the ability to consistently produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct written content. 
• Able to adapt their tone to cater to different audiences. 
• Proficient in server operations and possesses a complete understanding of the agency process. 
• Actively engage in all internal team meetings. 
• Work with art counterpart to provide creative solutions to the brand need. 
• Contribute ideas during conceptual exercises for both inline brands and new. 
• Push for smart, groundbreaking creative solutions on your brands and at the agency overall 
• Ability to manipulate the “Brand Story” to fit different tactics, situations, and audiences. 
• Understand the Brand Skeleton (Creative Brief) for your assigned brands. 
• Research relevant brand literature. 
• Understand the hierarchy of claims and how they support the “Brand Story”. 

• 2-3 years of copywriting experience in pharmaceutical advertising or in the healthcare space 
• Experience writing copy for HCP/Patient marketing material 
• Committed to delivering excellent work on time 
• Collaborative and team-oriented 
• Extraordinary command of the English language 
• Self-reliant, capable of operating independently 
• Competency in presenting creative work 
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment 
• Outstanding communication skills: oral, written and interpersonal
