Job Overview
The Copywriter crafts compelling content across multiple platforms, delivering clear, engaging copy for UX, email, app, web, and SMS, ensuring a seamless experience for restaurant owners, loyalty members, and diners. This role collaborates closely with design, email, partner, and product teams to develop messaging that resonates across both B2B and B2C audiences. Through short-form UX copy or long-form content, this position delivers work that informs and engage our audiences, driving action.
Become a creative Copywriter at a fast-growing FinTech company, a highly energized workspace where all departments come together to help local restaurants grow, while partnering with some of the biggest loyalty programs in the world. We use data-driven insights to guide our work, but we also believe in a healthy dose of creativity as we strive to transform the restaurant marketing landscape. We’re looking for a strong copywriter who has experience in short and long-form writing across both the B2B and B2C arenas. This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence 2 days a week in Chicago.
