We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach in Mid-Market and Enterprise target accounts. You will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to drive high-value meetings for pipeline creation.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting using a multi-channel strategy via email, phone and social to identify and engage potential customers
Create awareness, boost interest and set up discovery calls for opportunity creation
Collaborate with our Account Executives to target priority accounts across North America and EMEA for new logo acquisition
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute on lead follow-up plans for prospects generated from marketing programs and events
Understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive differentiation and technical requirements to showcase Rewind’s value proposition
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, opportunities and other key performance metrics
Report on weekly performance, both qualitative and quantitative, and track all sales activities in Salesforce
Develop Sales skills through regular coaching, training and review cycles
Consult and adapt to evolving sales environment
We are looking for candidates who have 1 - 2 years of sales experience or transferable experience.
You also have:
Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products
Self-motivation and an ability to meet ambitious targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS and have worked with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) and techniques

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees work from the office three days/week. This role will be based out of our Toronto office.
