Rezilient Health is seeking an experienced Project & Operations Manager who will support the oversight of ongoing and upcoming developments in the operational and project management space. This individual will be responsible for implementing organizational processes in accordance with policies and strategic direction as established by the Executive Leadership Team, and help develop the systems necessary to drive efficient operations across all Rezilient Health worksites.
The scope of this role includes the building and maintenance of project management, vendor management, KPI development and tracking, SOP and playbook development, and full cycle real estate and infrastructure support. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning and success of the daily non-clinical and clinical operations of the organization, and will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders across the organization to support various projects aimed at organizational expansion and optimization of current workflows and metrics.
- Assist the Executive Leadership Team with building and maintaining customized dashboards and project tracking metrics.
- Assist COO with defining and executing novel Special Projects.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track and optimize operational and project management workflows.
- Runs reports and analyzes results of KPIs across departments and programs to aid in assessing organization operations, financial health, and strategic goals.
- Share project and analysis results with the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring a clear and concise presentation of findings, and actively participate in in-depth discussions to shape the direction of next steps and actions.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for optimizing individual teams and the organization, fostering a culture of perpetual improvement and growth that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision and values.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote revenue growth, cost containment, and service expansion.
- Manage the full spectrum of real estate property assets related to leased space; work directly with landlords and brokers to meet space needs and requirements; negotiate terms and conditions of leases; review offers to lease and lease agreements.
- Oversee the acquisition of new real estate leases for CloudClinic openings, and other real estate activity related thereto; key lease dates; communication with ongoing construction, CloudClinic launch planning, design, financial planning and other key departments.
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and ongoing work to ensure optimal value and service delivery.
- Implement best practices for vendor management, payment terms optimization and cost saving initiatives.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to aid in the execution of organizational operations and expansion.
- Design and implement scalable systems, processes and controls to support the company’s growth and evolving needs.
- Creation and utilization of a monitoring tool to assess and maintain records for currently established contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships. Works to enhance these models to support expansion and scalability.
- Lead, facilitate, and participate in new and evolving project management and operations needs.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for the present while also preparing for scalability in the future.
- Regularly assess and refine internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Ensure safety, health, and quality compliance with company, governmental, and internal policies.
- Ensure the completion of assigned action items by the Executive Leadership Team and provide other support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in the operations or project management field.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and generating dashboard metrics.
- Experience working collaboratively with Executive Leadership teams.
- Strong background in vendor management.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and deliver project results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Direct experience in aiding in the expansion or growth of an organization and its associated processes, procedures, and physical infrastructures.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Experience with healthcare or technology operations is considered a plus.
