Business Development Representative

Rgheeb is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and engaging them through various outreach strategies. You will play a key role in the sales process by qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting our sales team in driving growth. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities within target sectors.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activity within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
