We are seeking a CRM Lead with I-Gaming experience to drive player engagement and retention through strategic CRM initiatives. This role involves managing regional CRM strategies, optimizing segmentation, analyzing key metrics, and developing bonus mechanics. The ideal candidate will lead CRM experiments, collaborate with the RISK CRM team, present insights to stakeholders, and oversee team development and budget management.
