We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team and help us to maintain an effective workload.

• Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate requests and their impact to resolve or escalate incidents as needed (remote only)
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues (remote only)
• Monitor SLA compliance for incident resolution and escalate unresolved issues (remote only)
• Serve as the 1st and 2nd line of technical support (L3 model)

• System administrator with proven hands-on experience in Office Infrastructure (1+ year)
• Desktop OS administration and hardware management
• Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print Services)
• MacOS: Client OS support
• Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing & switching principles
• General tools & technologies: SCCM, Bitdefender, Asana, Confluence, Acronis, AD, CrowdStrike, software/hardware troubleshooting, SQL, Slack, GSuite
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle all IT-related local office tasks (e.g., preparing workstations, workplaces, etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
