About the team + role

At Robinhood, Executive Assistants are passionate about the integral role they play as a crucial partner to executives. We’re looking for someone who excels at multitasking, with excellent communication skills and an upbeat, self-starter attitude. You'll partner closely with 3 senior leaders within our Brokerage organization, including one member of the C-Team and two Vice Presidents, and potentially support team projects. This role relies heavily on the ability to be highly organized and responsive and the willingness to meet each challenge directly.

The role is located in the office location listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Provide high-level executive support to one C-level leader and two Vice Presidents within the Brokerage organization, acting as a trusted partner and extension of their teams.
  • Manage and prioritize complex, high-volume calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts, and navigating shifting priorities with urgency and discretion.
  • Own all aspects of domestic and international travel logistics, including booking commercial and private flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and handling last-minute changes with agility and precision.
  • Coordinate and support media engagements, speaking opportunities, and high-touch external meetings, serving as a key liaison between executives, internal teams (e.g., comms, legal, PR), and external partners.
  • Lead planning and execution of org-wide events, including All Hands meetings, team offsites, leadership summits, and internal milestone celebrations — from agenda creation and vendor coordination to space booking and communications.
  • Submit and track expenses accurately and on time using Brex and/or Workday, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications, exercising strong judgment and professionalism at all times.
  • Help build and reinforce a strong team culture, anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and consistently looking for ways to make operations more efficient and effective.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of EA experience, including support for C-level and VP-level leaders
  • Expertise in calendar, travel, and expense management (Navan, Brex, Workday preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking
  • Experience supporting media-facing execs and working cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and discretion under pressure

What we offer

  • Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!
  • Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefits
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependents
  • Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits
