Demand Planner

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the customer experience, from order placement to timely product delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Production and Contracts teams within the Operations department.

Your responsibilities will include raising work orders, managing MRP messages, providing operations with an efficient schedule, and creating a master production plan (0 – 3 months). You will also optimize machine efficiencies, resource availability, and propose necessary adjustments in operational requirements. Additionally, you will take full ownership of supply planning to ensure forecasts are met with available capacity.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can adapt in a dynamic environment focused on customer experience. 

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in a planning role.
• Background in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and ERP expertise.
• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Have a keen attention to detail with a methodical and logical analytical approach.
