The Role & Team
At Rydoo, we help businesses streamline expense management to drive efficiency and growth. Our Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to maximize revenue opportunities.
As we continue to optimize our go-to-market motion, we’re looking for a Pipeline Operations Manager to own and optimize the operational processes behind inbound marketing and outbound business development. This role will directly impact revenue by ensuring that lead generation, enrichment, routing, and reporting are efficient, scalable, and data-driven.
Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Funnel Management
- Manage HubSpot automation (forms, workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, GDPR compliance) to support both inbound and outbound lead flows.
- Ensure HubSpot <> Salesforce sync and maintain lead processing & database management across all funnel stages.
- Automate MQL qualification, assignment, and routing for inbound leads.
Pipeline & Conversion Optimization (Inbound & Outbound)
- Track and improve Lead-MQL-SQL conversion rates for both inbound and outbound funnels.
- Ensure accurate lead source attribution (Inbound, Outbound, Partner) and optimize funnel health.
- Automate lead processing, enrichment, and segmentation for better efficiency across inbound and outbound motions.
Tech Stack & AI Automation
- Optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Apollo, and other key tools to improve lead routing and conversion.
- Use AI tools like Clay & Zapier to automate workflows and enrich both inbound and outbound leads.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Marketing to ensure smooth execution and measurement of marketing campaigns and events.
- Support Business Development by optimizing lead handoff processes, prospecting workflows, and outbound automation.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain marketing dashboards & conversion reports that track both inbound and outbound funnel performance.
- Surface insights on lead trends, conversion bottlenecks, and campaign effectiveness across inbound and outbound efforts.
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot ideally), CRM (Salesforce ideally), and lead management tools (e.g., Qualified, Apollo).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking funnel performance, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in execution.
- Technically capable with a problem-solving mindset, able to translate complex business needs into simple, scalable processes.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations between tools.
- Able to balance a strategic view of the pipeline with attention to detail in execution.
- Understands key pipeline metrics (e.g., Lead-MQL-SQL conversion) and can differentiate between vanity and performance metrics.
- Strong communicator, confident in collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to align lead-generation efforts.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and training stakeholders to improve processes using data-driven insights.
- Bonus: Experience with AI automation tools like Clay or Copy.ai and a keen interest in leveraging automation to optimize workflows.
Languages
- Working proficiency in English (C1+)
- German, Dutch, or Portuguese are a plus but not required
