Position Summary:

The CPI Supervisor will report to team leader, provide guidance and supporting the Logistics Center Operation and Management to perform duties related.

- Create and implement improvement plans for the overall operations
- Assist Team Leader’s direction
- Establish Operational Procedures for verification of inbound and outbound in Hazleton, Bethel. Groveland, and other regions
- Collaboration with HQ, RHQ, Team Lead, and Team members
- Monitor, test, root- cause finding and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, the effectiveness of cycle counting, physical inventory
- Produce various reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis briefing team leaders
- Ensure direct reports maintain SOP training and/or review at least twice a year
- Initiate, develop and implement continuous warehouse improvements within distribution/returns/rebox functions in Hazleton, Bethel, Groveland and other regions
- Work with all levels of management as key information provider for Distribution metrics
- Metric reporting for KPI’s
- Analyze forecasts, simulation, and productivity
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Prepare for peak season operations
- Identifies customer/market trend, requirement
- Gather and identifies various operation status and performance
- Support developing and implementing solutions to meet requirements, to solve issues and to improve operation performance
- Support for warehouse operation set-up
- Support for Project Management
- Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage additional tasks assigned as needed
- School Diploma or GED Required
- 3+ years of experience as Logistics Operations Support or similar warehouse supervisory position
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
- Working knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMP)
- Ability to accurately track trends and create reports
- Analytical mindset with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal relation skill, strong attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to travel ~20% to other US warehouses
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CPIM) are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and work directly with customer

- Ability to handle high pressure and face paced operational support issues that may arise
