Giants Enterprises is dedicated to the curation and development of new ventures complementary to the San Francisco Giants baseball franchise. Giants Enterprises believe in being bold by leveraging a unique combination of event expertise, resources and relationships to create larger-than-life experiences for millions at Oracle Park and beyond. Through a vast network of partners and clients within the local corporate, tourism and hospitality industry associations and convention related sectors, they have executed thousands of private dinners, meetings and receptions. Venues and offerings within the company consist of 15 iconic Park venues and 3 transformable spaces on the Park’s edge, Giants Enterprises operates a daily tourism program at Oracle Park and The Gotham Club, the first private membership, year-round social club in professional sports.
Giants Enterprises has also hosted numerous public programs including the 34th America’s Cup, Rugby World Cup Sevens, numerous sold-out concerts, professional and college sports as well as various health and wellness initiatives, including the Giant Race series. At the intersection of sports, entertainment, meetings, events, tourism and hospitality, Giants Enterprises provides the rare combination of people and places to create giant impressions for locals and visitors from around the world.
About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are looking for a part-time Ballpark Tour Guide, where you will have the unique opportunity to conduct Public, Private, and Educational Tours of Oracle Ballpark. The ideal candidate has a passion for the guest experience, history and storytelling and being able to lead a behind the scenes experience of Oracle Ballpark.
You’ll work closely with the Giants Event Strategy & Services Department, Giants Enterprises, and Ballpark Ops that tie into the Tours Department. This role reports to Tours Development Manager & Tours Coordinator. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

· You will play a key role in the execution of the Tours Program operationally
· You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and representing Oracle Park year round
· You will learn facts, history and figures of all tour offerings (Public, Pregame, Specialty, Private and Educational)

· You will be an asset to the Tours Department, and provide favorable experiences for all visitors and guests
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment
· Minimum physical requirements: able to walk/stand for long periods of time, as well as travel to many areas of the ballpark using stairs, elevators or ramps on any given shift; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
· Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
· Must be able to commit to at least 5 shifts per month based on seasonal needs (off-season may vary slightly)
· Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver presentations
· A keen sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to get it done
· Must be able to provide own transportation to Oracle Park, 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco
