Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a part-time, summer Fulfillment Associate to work on the front lines of Sandboxx's fulfillment operations with the goal to get letters sent. In this role, you will print, fold, and sort letters from service members by utilizing high-tech equipment.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

Work with a small team of Fulfillment Specialists to ensure letters are printed, sorted, and shipped each fulfillment day
Review letters for quality assurance to make sure letters are sent to the right person as well as any printing errors are fixed before they get sent out
Follow the Sandboxx fulfillment process

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

Having a process-oriented mindset where you are able to work in a repetitious environment
A reliable executor, who is self-reliant and accountable for letters getting sent
Must be willing to work in our Arlington office located in the Ballston district
Must be flexible with work schedules, as this is a five day workweek where you need to be available sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday

Interview Process:

Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by People Ops & the Hiring Manager
If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with the Director of People Operations for thirty (30) minutes.
If warranted, the next step would be an in-person interview with key stakeholders at Sandboxx for one-and-half (1) hour.
If warranted, then we move to offer!

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

$16/hour, up to 30 hours a week
Flexible working schedule, on average 5 hours per day Monday-Friday

Hourly Rate
