Renewals Analyst - Poland

We are seeking a Renewals Analyst to join our Sales and Operations Organization with at least 2 years of experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sustainable retention of key accounts, protecting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and driving operational excellence in renewals management and forecasting processes.


Role Summary: Drive ARR Retention at Scale: Support the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in executing renewals strategies.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Maintain a single source of truth for renewals data in collaboration with Finance, IT,and Sales Analytics teams.
  • Document key renewals metrics and data definitions in a centralized location.
  • Lead renewals data hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC) and other global systems.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Develop and communicate business requirements to automate renewals, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Enable sales and operations teams to leverage renewals dashboards for better decision-making.
  • Drive globally consistent operational cadence reviews to track at-risk renewals and consolidate a global renewal forecast.

Strategic Insights & Risk Mitigation:

  • Educate stakeholders on renewals data nuances to help identify at-risk renewals and track mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct churn and contraction ARR trend analysis to provide actionable business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data accuracy to enhance performance visibility and operational efficiency.

Operational Enablement:

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards to support regional renewals inspections.
  • Drive field adoption of renewal forecasting tools and best practices.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales, with a strong understanding of renewals processes, metrics, and ARR forecasting.
  • Familiarity with customer management tools and technologies (e.g., Gainsight, etc).
  • Proficient in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for data management and pipeline management.
  • Highly competent in Excel and Google Sheets for data storage, analysis, and reporting. Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools to track renewals performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing pipeline and forecasting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
