We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience with field marketing, experiential marketing, digital marketing or social media management and a degree in marketing. Marking agency experience and/or CPG or Bev-Alc experience is also a plus!

Job Summary: 

The Marketing Manager will oversee a variety of marketing functions, including campaign project management, digital marketing efforts, and reporting, while ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging. This role supports creative initiatives, influencer collaborations, and team reporting while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about CPG marketing, and is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Schilling Cider and its portfolio of brands. 

Key Responsibilities: 

JOB FUNCTIONS 

Department Project Management 

• Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, including point-of-sale (POS) initiatives, samplings, merchandise, and coordination with partnerships, social, digital, and cross-functional teams. 

• Coordinate third-party activities, including planning, scheduling, and reporting. 

Reporting and Communication 

• Prepare and manage monthly marketing recap decks and related reporting. 

• Act as the point of contact for distributor communications and POS materials, working closely with the marketing coordinator. 

Digital Marketing 

• Support ad hoc digital marketing efforts, including paid advertisements on platforms like Untapped. 

• Manage Schilling Cider and VIDA email newsletters. 

• Assist with periodic website updates and compliance checks. 

Brand Consistency

• Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity.  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and innovations to keep our materials fresh and relevant 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 

• Experience with WordPress. 

• Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel. 

• Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with collogues and external partners  

• Regular and predictable in-person attendance is a requirement of this job

• Starting compensation of $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications

About Schilling Cider 

Schilling Cider was founded in a garage in 2012. And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes. While it is no longer in a garage, the same culture and drive are there in what we do today and what we're laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
