The Team
The Head of Product, is part of a passionate team working collaboratively with the Heads of Product for Hirer and Candidate Product teams, Design and Analytics; the Product Director, the Product Strategy Managers and other key stakeholders across Strategy, Data Science, Commercial, Engineering and Sales to identify and execute on new initiatives. You will work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to develop effective, customer-focused solutions. Your role involves supporting quality design outputs like UX designs, research, and user testing, and ensuring seamless collaboration for efficient delivery.
Initially this role will be an Individual Contributor, partnering with Commerical and Design. The expectation is that this role will hire and build a team as we shape up and resource Adjacent busines opportunities.
About the Role
The Head of Product - Adjacency Development is responsible for identifying, defining, and building new adjacent business opportunities in partnership with commercial teams. This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to explore and grow large adjacent businesses alongside SEEK’s core offerings.
As the leader of a high-impact strategic initiative, the role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of adjacent opportunities, from scoping and business case creation to establishing and scaling product teams to achieve ambitious business outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners across technology, design, and commercial to deliver transformative results.
