About the Team:
At Quizlet, the Product Operations team serves as a bridge between our users and the product development teams that ultimately helps teams do great, user centric work. Our core functions include managing our user reported bug pipeline, sharing trends in user sentiment to enable roadmap work and supporting user facing teams all through a lens of scalability. There is a consistent collaboration with the other teams in User Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
About the Role:
As an individual contributor on the Product Ops team, you are focused on delivering quality experiences to users through the development of scalable frameworks and processes that benefit many users and internal teams. You will understand your assigned product pairings deeply, and enable our Support team by applying your product expertise to product launches, user support needs, bug and pain point triage. You'll partner with cross-functional product development teams by providing recommendations that you cultivate from analyzing user support trends and other data.
As a team lead, you’ll be responsible for monitoring & tracking Product Ops key metrics, building & improving on team processes, as well as jumping into complex organizational needs to create structure and frameworks that help internal stakeholders make more informed decisions about our product and users.
We are looking for someone who thrives on understanding their work deeply and building durable systems to optimize working processes. Your success is measured by your impact on Product Ops core metrics, your ability to streamline and generate systemic solutions to problems across wide groups of stakeholders, and your ability to support the goals of your partnering teams.
This role is based out of our San Francisco office and requires 3 days per week onsite. You'll be required to be in the office on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and as needed by your manager or the company.
