The Key Account Manager is mainly responsible in ensuring that client's sourcing needs are addressed using JobStreet.com solutions, maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.
Responsibilities:
Design strategies or campaigns to ensure growth of your own account base.
Create value proposition to various HR solutions offered by JobStreet by SEEK.
Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition.
Develop and effectively implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Identify and grow sales opportunity within the existing base and able to cross sell when needed.
Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
