The People Team is a dedicated group who you will work alongside to help foster an excellent employee experience for our APAC employees and support the team at Seesaw.
Your Role:
Seesaw is expanding into the APAC region and we are looking for a hybrid Human Resources and Office Manager to help set up and manage the day to day of our APAC office. In this role, you will work closely with all members of the People team and future APAC employees to support everything related to the office space, employee experience, recruiting in the region, and company culture initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first employee in the area to help develop our APAC offices from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be experienced in this area and excited to drive this new initiative for us while embodying Seesaw’s values and company culture.

Within your first 90 days, your main goal will be to find and establish our office space while managing day-to-day operations. This involves everything from onboarding new hires and ensuring HR compliance to overseeing various people programs and managing cultural initiatives. Seesaw values innovation and proactivity, so we're looking for someone who can think outside the box and tackle challenges head-on. As an ideal candidate, you have over 5 years of experience in office management, HR, or recruitment, along with a strong understanding of local employment laws. Your great communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build trusted relationships will make you a key player in fostering our dynamic and inclusive workplace.
