The HR Governance & Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing and tracking the execution of all HR deliverables across functional areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with internal and external standards. This role focuses on ensuring HR functional managers meet their mandates, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving accountability within the HR department. Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy Execution & Performance Tracking
• Oversee the execution of HR’s strategic plan and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Develop and implement an HR performance tracking system to monitor functional areas.
• Track and report on key HR metrics, ensuring visibility of performance against goals.
• Identify risks or delays in HR initiatives and work with functional managers to resolve issues.
2. Governance & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and initiatives comply with company standards and labor regulations.
• Maintain HR governance frameworks to monitor adherence to key initiatives.
• Standardize HR reporting formats and ensure all functions provide timely and accurate reports.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Accountability
• Work closely with HR functional managers (Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, etc.) to track progress and address execution gaps.
• Act as a liaison between HR leadership and functional managers to ensure accountability.
• Facilitate periodic check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews to assess HR effectiveness.
4. Project Management & Operational Excellence
• Lead and coordinate HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implement a project management approach to HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Reporting & Insights
• Generate periodic performance reports for HR leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and improvement areas.
• Use data analytics to provide insights on HR operations and recommend strategic actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in HR operations, project management, or a strategic HR role.
