Job Description

We have a large tech client who is looking for a GTM recruiter in either Provo, Dallas, Raleigh, or Seattle. This role is hybrid a few days a week in office in one of the previously mentioned of cities. We're seeking a recruiter with at least three years of experience, including two years focused on hiring Account Executives and Account Managers in SaaS or B2B enterprise sales environments. The ideal candidate has proven success in recruiting for high-value enterprise/global sales roles, excels at sourcing diverse talent in competitive markets, and demonstrates strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and vet top-tier candidates effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
  • Previous experience working for a tech company
  • Must live in either:  Provo, Dallas, Raleigh, or Seattle and be able to come on-site a few days a week
  • Experience  recruiting for: Account Executives and Account Managers in SaaS or B2B enterprise sales environments.
