We are looking for a Onboarding Program Manager
Compensation: $115,000 - $153,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
As Rokt’s Onboarding Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the new hire onboarding experience. Rokt’s blended onboarding program includes live, self-paced, and peer-to-peer learning designed to provide both company-specific and job-specific context and support. You will collaborate across teams and functions to create a seamless, end-to-end onboarding journey that engages, educates and empowers new Rokt’stars.
