The Opportunity 


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Talent Coordinator to join our team in Miami. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in talent operations and recruitment coordination. 


The Talent Coordinator will report to the VP, Talent, and play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition team and process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and excellent experience for candidates, employees, and hiring leaders. This role will work in our Coral Gables hub five days a week. 


How you will make a difference day to day
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external Recruiting Partners to streamline the recruitment process and schedule interviews
  • Facilitate all candidate scheduling in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Lever
  • Become a subject matter expert in Lever to navigate and execute job postings, system maintenance and hygiene, process improvements, and user access
  • Manage and execute a seamless, timely, and data-driven talent coordination process by managing complex calendars and schedules, ensuring candidates have everything they need throughout the interview process
  • Welcome candidates for onsite interviews, ensure interview rooms are prepared, and provide assistance with additional needs such as directions or parking validation
  • Drive and establish best practices for all talent coordination activities
  • Support VP of Talent with ad hoc talent projects as needed


Minimum Qualifications
  • Exposure, internship, or experience scheduling or coordinating interviews
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion and interest in providing an excellent customer experience to our candidates and hiring leaders 
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent task management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple urgent priorities
  • Scheduling experience in multiple time zones
  • Collaborative and innovative mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), Zoom and Slack
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Lever experience preferred 
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus


$28 - $32 an hour
