Make an Impact

As a TMC Account Manager, reporting to the VP of GetThere, you’ll play a key role in driving Serko’s growth in the North American managed travel market. You’ll own customer relationships, attract new clients, and expand Serko’s platform footprint, directly contributing to the success of our partners and Serko alike.

This role plays a pivotal part in Serko's growth and success by taking ownership of three key areas:

  1. Attracting New Customers
  2. Retaining Existing Clients
  3. Expanding Serko’s Platform Footprint


What you’ll get to do

Partner Management:

  • Achieve growth goals through business expansion, upselling, and solution development with North American partners.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster long-term success.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, negotiate renewals, and address escalations, serving as the main point of contact for partners.


Customer Management:

  • Strengthen customer relationships by driving advocacy and supporting renewals with personalized guidance.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and guide customers through onboarding for long-term success.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and create customer success stories to enhance Serko’s presence in the market.
