Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Fuel ServiceNow’s Innovation Engine by:

    • Working across our Legal team and other functions to bring strategic products to market
    • Providing scalable programmatic support for geographic & vertical market expansion of hyperscaler offerings
    • Supporting acquisitions and investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning
    • Ensuring the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in-place for strategic offerings and enabling internal teams to help understand and sell using terms those

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills  
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
  • Program management experience a plus
  • BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields a plus
