Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for patients in an efficient manner.
  • Assist patients with navigating our services, including explaining procedures and policies clearly.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming for swift resolutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
  • Continuously educate yourself on our services and enhance your industry knowledge to better serve patients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or medical practice industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and medical practice management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
