Based in our office in Naas, Co. Kildare, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of customer care. You will handle user queries and remotely support customers from our central location.
The Client Support Team assists clients by answering phone calls, strictly following scripted IT solutions, and, when necessary, using remote access to connect to clients' PCs to resolve issues. All work performed will be recorded in the internal ticketing system.

Occasional travel to alternative company offices may be required for business or technical purposes.
