Strategic Sales & Operations Intern - Latin America (LATAM) 

Work Period: Mid May through Mid August (12 weeks total) 

Location: Onsite 3 Days a Week Needham, MA. This position has no relocation or housing assistance. 

Summary of Position:

SharkNinja is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Co-op/Intern to join our Latin America Team for a period of four months, from May 2025 to August 2025. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, New Markets and Operation, LATAM. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational functions, focusing on distributor/customer interaction, order processing, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Analysis and Adjustment: Analyze and recommend forecasts adjustments based on market trends, inventory levels, and promotional activities + track forecast accuracy.
  • Purchase Order Management: Initiate and manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with distributors/customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Order Processing: Handle the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order receipt to shipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Parts and accessories: manage parts and accessories order program for LATAM region.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about order processing timelines, delays, and any other relevant information. Provide excellent customer service to address queries and concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
  • Special Projects: Assist the Latin America Team in various special projects, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. These will include: market research, competitor research, market trends research.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese, both written and verbal.
  • Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Business, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience or coursework in sales, supply chain, operations, or a related field is a plus.
