Applications Specialist Intern

Our Implementation Team is seeking additional support for our digital journey/project! We are looking for an Applications Specialist Intern eager to expand their knowledge of our tools and solutions while learning from our experienced team members.

The intern will assist with the following tasks:

• Support the team with technical consultancy to our hospitality customers within EMEA region with focus on report writer tools to maintain correspondences templates like reservation confirmation letter, invoices..
• Identify areas of required development within correspondence templates to increase data visibility from PMS to Correspondence templates
• Ensure correspondences concept meets the customer operational workflow
• Assist in performing data entry in our Solutions
• Supporting the team with reporting accurate project status and act proactively to achieve the project goal

• Ability to sign the Internship Agreement for 6 months
• Report writer tools knowledge such as Stimulsoft or similar tools
• Microsoft Word knowledge 
• HTML programming knowledge is a plus
• Hospitality Business or information technology background 
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
• Willingness to learn the company’s various IT solutions 
• Ownership with quality, “get it done” attitude and work ethic
• Fluent in English, other languages are add-on
