What we are looking for:

We are searching for a dynamic and highly skilled IT Project Manager who is passionate about driving client success and willing to collaborate with functional and technical teams to optimize product implementation within organizations. Manage projects from development to completion. Your role will include defining priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones. Join a culture of continuous improvement: manage issues and mitigate risk by deploying appropriate strategies.  

With a strong commitment to success, you will ensure that the project runs smoothly, meets budgets and deadlines, and deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to end users.

We’re seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in IT Project Management, able to handle customer constraints around quality and uptime, especially in SaaS application upgrades, Infrastructure improvements and evolutive maintenance projects.

If you’re passionate about ensuring non-regression, top-notch performance, and delivering high-quality results, all while driving projects to meet deadlines with solid planning and execution, we’d love to have you on our team! 

What you will bring to the role:  

• 5+ years successful B2B Project Management experience  

• Experimented in SaaS implementation IT project management, ideally in E-invoicing / Order-to-Cash domain application roll out and datacenter migration  

• Fluent in English, French is a plus 

• Experienced in SaaS application, data integration, client facing, and financial applications  

• Results-oriented, with a strong drive for problem-solving and analytical skills  

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with both colleagues and customers  

• Ability to understand technical speak, and to bridge the gap between and engineering problems and a customer constraint 

In your new role- within 90 days, you will have:  

• Immersed yourself in the company’s vision, mission, and unique story participating in the Onboarding Bootcamp  

• Enrolled in the Sidetrade Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and implementation methodology.  

• Established complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives. 

• Developed an action plan to achieve your goals  

Within 12 months, you will need to be:  

• An expert in Sidetrade’s solutions, trusted for your amazing project management.  

• A top performer consistently surpassing objective.  

• A project manager that has grown more at Sidetrade than you would anywhere else!
