Situation Group, a global collective of digital-first advertising agencies and an award-winning nonprofit, seeks an Event Operations Manager. This role will report to Eileen Minnick, Executive Director of Operations. Currently looking for a contract hire for a 6 month term.
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to oversee the production of our internal virtual events. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing event timelines, logistics, and communication plans across multiple projects at various stages. You’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution, from initial planning to post-event follow-up. Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week.
