We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating various administrative functions, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and maintain a database of candidates.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment team in identifying process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and requirements.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support in HR.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws is a plus.
