Production Manager

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Production Manager to join us in advancing the industry forward. 

The Production Manager to oversee and streamline development through production processes while achieving key strategic goals. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, meet IMU goals, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role demands a proactive, organized problem-solver with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in global production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Collaborate daily with vendors to ensure timely shipments, aligning with the company’s launch calendar.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners through regular and transparent communication.

Assist in onboarding and integrating new vendors into the production process.

Time & Action Calendar:

Develop, manage, and communicate time and action calendars for the Lounge categories.

Address and escalate potential delays in production, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and margin goals.

Production Coordination:

Partner closely with Product Development to allocate styles from development to production effectively.

Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, escalating critical issues to management when needed.

Costing & Purchase Orders:

Gather, evaluate, and negotiate costings across multiple seasons and quarters.

Oversee the creation and accuracy of purchase orders, ensuring data integrity and vendor compliance.

Quality Assurance:

Manage pre-production samples (PPs), top-of-production samples (TOPs), and bulk approvals to ensure garments meet specifications, color standards, and pass testing requirements.

Process Improvement:

Ensure on-time delivery for all products by continuously optimizing workflows and processes.

Provide input on refining systems and tools for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in Production Management, with experience managing global production across high-SKU environments and multiple categories.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including comfort leading meetings and presenting production statuses.

Attitude:

Positive, dependable, and adaptable, with a solutions-driven mindset.
